Semi-cured Goats Cheese covered in Paprika

Montesdeoca semi-cured cheese macerated in paprika is made with the best fresh goats milk from our own livestock. This cheese is characterized by exhibiting a good and firm texture that brings out the pleasant flavour of the goats milk. With a point of salt perfectly balanced with acidity, Montesdeoca semi-cured cheese macerated in paprika also offers a creamy touch and a long aftertaste. To these qualities is added a striking red rind and a light taste of paprika which invites to have another piece.

Description: product made from pasteurised goats milk to which lactic ferments and rennet are added at an appropriate temperature for coagulation.

Ingredients: pasteurized goats milk, coagulant, calcium chloride, lactic ferment, salt and paprika.

R.G.S.E.A.A. 15.03330/TF.

Maturation: 60 days.

Shelf life: 12 months from packaging.

Varieties: Natural, Smoked, Wine, Gofio, Fig, Rosemary, Oregano, Cinnamon and Paprika.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: Burgundy.

Smell: Characteristic of semi-cured goats cheese at room temperature.

Taste: creamy, lactic, slightly acidulous and with soft tones of goats milk.

Consistency: compact paste when cut, creamy texture.

Rind: homogeneous and reddish burgundy from paprika.
