Guided Tour Service Conditions and Tourist Vouchers
- Montesdeoca Cheesery does not conduct tours on Saturdays and Sundays, except on holidays and long weekends when tours are available.
- The Almogrote Workshop is held only once a month and requires a minimum of 10 participants.
- Guided Tours using Tourist Vouchers for each city can be conducted on different days, always respecting the established schedules.
- To take the guided tour, it is essential to present the purchase ticket.
- Offer discounts are not cumulative.
- The company is not responsible for the closure of any building at QueseriaMontesdeoca.
- All Guided Tours are conducted in Spanish or English. Languages available upon prior reservation.
Early Reservation Cancellation with Payment Made:
- Free cancellation if made at least 72 hours in advance, the paid amount will be refunded except for a 10% handling fee.
- Depending on the payment method used, the return time may vary and take several days to complete.
