The Montesdeoca coriander almogrote, awarded with a the bronze medal in the World Cheese Awards 2016, is elaborated with two ingredients of recognized Canarian flavour such as the Montesdeoca cured goats cheese and the coriander mojo. Montesdeoca spreadable cheese is therefore a fusion born from the most secluded island tradition that over the years has become one of the greatest exponents of Canarian cuisine.
