The Montesdeoca pepper almogrote is elaborated with two products of recognized Canarian flavour as the Montesdeoca cured goats cheese and the mojo picón. Montesdeoca spreadable cheese is therefore a fusion born from the island’s most remote tradition that over the years has become one of the greatest exponents of Canarian cuisine.
