Montesdeoca semi-cured goats cheese covered in cinnamon is made with the best fresh goats milk from our own livestock. This cheese is characterized by exhibiting a good and firm texture that brings out the pleasant flavour of the goats milk. With a point of salt perfectly balanced with acidity, Montesdeoca semi-cured goats cheese covered in cinnamon also offers a creamy touch and a long aftertaste. To these qualities is added a light cinnamon taste that invites to repeat.

Description: product made from pasteurised goats milk to which lactic ferments and rennet are added at an appropriate temperature for coagulation before being spread on cinnamon.

Ingredients: pasteurised goats milk, coagulant, calcium chloride, lactic ferments, salt and cinnamon.

R.G.S.E.A.A. 15.03330/TF.

Maturation: 60 days.

Shelf life: 12 months from packaging.

Semi-cured varieties: Natural, Smoked, Wine, Gofio, Fig, Rosemary, Oregano, Cinnamon and Paprika.

Colour: exhibits the characteristic colour of ground cinnamon.

Smell: characteristic of semi-cured goat cheese at room temperature.

Taste: creamy, lactic, slightly acidic, with soft tones of goats milk and a hint of cinnamon.

Consistency: compact mass when cut, with a creamy texture.

Rind: anointed with cinnamon.
